I keep critical marketing systems running, and find the failures nobody is watching for.

I have been involved at the start of every major technology paradigm since the 1980s: PCs, internet search at Database America and Yahoo, email and email marketing at Bigfoot, e-commerce at Bigstar, Freemasonstore and RedBox, online social as CEO of OneModelPlace, and commentator and entrepreneur in Bitcoin. I’m looking for an AI-related role. It’s an incredibly exciting and transformational technology and I would be remiss in not being a part of it.

25 years across IBM Global Services, L’Oréal, and KPMG, leading the architecture and operations behind platforms that send billions of messages a year. Columbia MBA. Today I apply that to AI systems: clear controls, checkable outputs, and someone accountable.

Open to senior architecture and operations roles, and to consulting engagements.

MarTech MonitoringA running process can still be failing.

Assurance for Salesforce Marketing Cloud that checks data freshness, activity, and downstream behavior, so failures show up before the business notices. Built from what I learned running the L’Oréal and KPMG environments.

How it is builtMCP-based checks with a Docker/SQLite deployment option. Findings connect to assessment, remediation, and ongoing assurance.

How it is builtEntity resolution, confidence scoring, and publication controls, with MCP tools to inspect pipelines and data quality. Facility count reflects the public site in September 2026.

02 / Background

Operator and Architect.

I have run a digital business with P&L responcibility, advised enterprise clients at IBM, and led the teams accountable for platforms in production at Lorea, KPMG and Bigstar. That shapes how I approach AI: understand the outcome, make the tradeoffs explicit, and build a way to check the work.
